submission of all forms required by the Act to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).<\/li><li>Preparation of documents and notes for the Board Meetings as and when required by the Directors.<\/li><li>Arranging Annual General Meeting once in a calendar year (if required by the shareholders).<\/li><li>Submission of Audited Financial Statements or Statement of Financial Statements of the Company to CCM.<\/li><li>Independent review of externally reported information<\/li><li>Accountants\u2019 reports<\/li><\/ul><p>Our retainer fee for the above company secretarial services is
